Package Your Gear

Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment has not been used in practice or competition.

Affix the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
